Good.it's either remove them or come up with a legal solution that's agreeable with the majority. Anything else is asking the PL to be handing cash out in a tribunal again

There in lies the problem. Not many fans of other clubs have half a brainI don’t care what they say, anything found to be unlawful is an absolutely terrible result for the premier league.
Their entire “victory” is that the panel said that rules do need to be in place, that’s not a victory that’s just stating the obvious. Meanwhile’s city victory was that yes the PL rules were actually unlawful and in being so directly hurt us.
It’s not an even split of victory, and anyone with a brain will get it.
you can guarantee the board members of the red cunts and the pl are absolutely fucking fuming no matter what they say in public
Or if this gets taken down send me a PM regarding 'avoiding paywall news feeds' site. For anyone wishing to read certain paywall news feeds, thank me later ... https://12ft.io/
Why do they need an emergency meeting. I thought the PL won the case! That should be interesting !
The word concept is quite wide ranging tho. In practice it was found to be illegal. The legality of APT as a concept was upheld, just not the 2 most recent additions. City argued the whole thing was unlawful and failed.
It’s not arguable that was a major victory for the PL, if City had succeeded in that there’d be no APT rules right now, and as it stands we’re just back to 2020 rules.
People can argue about whether City thought they’d actually win that argument or not, but the fact is they made the argument and lost and the PL is in a much much better position than they’d be if that claim had been upheld.
If or when the 115 charges are thrown out, he'll be fucking ropeable along with Magic Twat, Harris, Roan, Liew, Jordan and all those others who have done nothing but smear the club with their ill informed views and lies.He doesn't understand anything. No surprise there.
Anyway, good to see him depressed.
city will get blamed for matchday ticket price increaseIt will be interesting to see what happens now. If a club like Brighton, for instance, has to take £375m of debt servicing on their books at say 8%, thats £30m a year in debt servicing costs. How can they sustain that ?
No deals! End it once and for all!Just thinking this might be a good time for our legal team in the other little matter to offer the Premier League a deal. Drop all charges and pay our costs.
By selling us Mitoma for £4.35It will be interesting to see what happens now. If a club like Brighton, for instance, has to take £375m of debt servicing on their books at say 8%, thats £30m a year in debt servicing costs. How can they sustain that ?
exactly this, the next meeting is going to kick off massively
