You know what, it’s actually nice and heartwarming that we’ve finally manned up and come out swinging. I think the reporting on this would be improved by 50% just by refusing to let journos do hackneyed "city scored a late winner, score draw, you know like a football game lol" reporting. Could be improved again by refusing to report in "win/loss".

As I expected really, the need for a 'don't take the piss' ruling on the need for how APT/FMV contracts should work to be written.
