City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

You know what, it’s actually nice and heartwarming that we’ve finally manned up and come out swinging. How many times have we all bemoaned our PR and the way we take it up the arse too many times without a fight? Well, those gloves are most certainly off now, no coming back from this. I love the way we’ve allowed Keegan to quote that he’s been shown the email, sends a clear message.
 
I think the reporting on this would be improved by 50% just by refusing to let journos do hackneyed "city scored a late winner, score draw, you know like a football game lol" reporting. Could be improved again by refusing to report in "win/loss".
 
As I expected really, the need for a 'don't take the piss' ruling on the need for how APT/FMV contracts should work to be written.

Now for all clubs to push what they can get away with without copping flak and move the market. lol
