City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

It’s “big news” to us. In a world of highly incendiary global conflict and an impending US election and other such trans-national import, it’s chicken feed. And rightly so.
It’s good enough for the football page during an international break. They gave plenty of coverage to the PL claims victory story. The BBC has been dishonest with this story from day one.

From 19 mins - fucking pathetic watered down reason for the times article. No mention that City accused the premier league of mis-leading everybody.

Its a fucking scandal!

Just like they delayed the verdict then gave an ambiguous statement about that verdict, it was more smoke and mirrors to pretend everything was fine and dandy, when in fact it was anything but. They are a corrupt untrustworthy bunch of shysters who care only about four clubs. Liverpool, Arsenal, United and Spurs.
Funny they were doing exactly what they accused city with 115 charges.

Heads will roll for this, they have to for such a monumental disaster class but do we really want Masters out? This isn't us against him, he isnt even the enemy, he's just the fall guy for the real enemies. If he goes, somebody else takes over championing the yank cartels will instead and they might not be as dim as he appears to be. His incompetence is making things very easy for our lawyers.

Masters is to our legal team what Ten hag is to us.
Noel Gallagher quite brilliantly linked Masters to the red cartel publicly.
I don’t know if he’s done that off his own bat or not.
But the link is now there. And I guess the PL will be less likely to hire someone linked, even remotely, to the red cartel.

you've got the wrong idea about that statute of limitations article. What they wrote is correct, the clubs have until November 18th (6 years since the leaks came out, pretty sure that was the date) to file a case against City after that it's dead in the water. So do HMRC as well but that's not going to happen as they're nothing to actually see in the first place.
I don't - the statute of limitations applies in both. The PL rules are governed by UK law. The point was the sensationalist idea that City were protected by time-barring at CAS but the PL investigation doesn't have that.
