Nonce owned was mentioned a few times ;)I don't remember Fulham being constantly referred to as being Egyptian state owned
Would like to see the runner's up bidLiverpool have set up a £60 million shirt deal with Adidas yet the premier league knocked us back on the Etihad deal which covers so much more. Surely this is more ammunition for the club.
Weird when Silver lake bought them they didn't buy that extra 1% is there a reason for that! Supposed those are the latest accounts too?
Oh no! Strictly commercial sponsorship.Surely they have indirectly through Etihad!
Istory la, 1 title in 30 years , biggest club in the world la, come on la you know the score.Liverpool have set up a £60 million shirt deal with Adidas yet the premier league knocked us back on the Etihad deal which covers so much more. Surely this is more ammunition for the club.
When City see the data used for comparison, (as they now must) I expect their eyebrows to be raised. It’s probably bollocks.Istory la, 1 title in 30 years , biggest club in the world la, come on la you know the score.
Not the same. He was a billionaire businessman with no government links.I don't remember Fulham being constantly referred to as being Egyptian state owned
The data can only be in the form of a league table with the 3 red shirts at the top then Spurs then probably City grouped with say Villa and Newcastle and Chelsea. So you get a deal, put it to the board and they come back with - “ an airline? Liverpool £80million,you £40million”. That way the old establishment keep their edge. When City see the data used for comparison, (as they now must) I expect their eyebrows to be raised. It’s probably bollocks.
I hope City have gathered all the points in our favour, particularly tv in America and social media numbers to batter back at ‘fair value’.
