City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

The PL can’t accept their rules were unlawful then just ignore that and say “never mind all that let’s just crack on from here and forget it happened”.

Imo there has to be sanctions for the clubs who were allowed to benefit from the unlawful rules.
Or accept that the APT rules are null and void from 2021 until the new rules are passed

So they are bribing some of the other clubs so they will vote something in that is unlawful... yeah that's the cartel way the kunts

You’d think clubs like Everton wouldn’t trust them or the premier leagues appetite to start another round of charges.

It really doesn't matter how the vote goes imho. It's just posturing from the cartel, sorry, the PL. Clearly it's better for the PL not to do anything that can be challenged as unlawful again (which was the point of City's recent letter), and if they vote to amend the rules and City's position is right, then they just get thrown out by the tribunal again anyway.

The dispute is between City and the PL (nothing to do with the other clubs) and I doubt the PL will gain any browny points with the tribunal by acting unilaterally no matter how the clubs vote. It carries no weight on a matter of lawfulness.
