City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Sheikh Mansour is not the owner of the Daily Telegraph. He was part of a consortium bidding to acquire it.
Not the case actually. Sheikh Mansour put up the entire £600 mill for a joint venture with Redbird IMI to purchase The Telegraph and The Spectator. The previous government blocked them from actually running it and passed a new law to that effect. Redbird IMI have therefore sold The Spectator for 100 mill and are looking to sell the Telegraph to recoup the original investment. The only bidder to meet this price is struggling to raise the capital to buy it so currently Redbird IMI own it. As 100% of the invested capital is from our owner you would say he owns it (but can't run it).

That article is quite something when you read it. Basically arguing that unlawful rules are actually justified if they hinder a team you dislike.
Alas, an all too common opinion.
Had an argument with a hater on YouTube who insisted that it didn’t matter whether rules were lawful or not!
I tried to explain but….

Client journalism at its very worst.

He is so unimportant in this ongoing case. Ziegler tries to sound like he is in the loop about things but talks absolute garbage, like this clown is trying to do now.
We said there would be negative stories that start surfacing when these cockroaches have got no leaks or been given a bit of info.
