City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I still cannot bring myself to believe that EVERY media person out there believes what they write. And I certainly don't believe many, if any, actually HATE City.

If you remove the last two words in your sentence above and replace with"...that gets clicks and makes money", I could believe it.

Unless I'm living in a blinkered, Utopian bubble.

You have to remember in every mining, oil, chemical, political, weapons etc organisations there’s a sniveling **** gaslighting you until you believe the opposite of what you can see.

I've only seen the headline, but I thought surely he doesn't mean this.

You've just confirmed he did.

What an absolutely bizarre angle for Wallace to go with.
Totally bizarre and Stefan’s tweet completely nails it. Looking at a few BTL comments on Wallace’s piece, there quite a lot rubbishing it. I think City’s actions over APT has moved the needle with a lot of the more open-minded and rational football fans and put the cartel into plain sight.

The ONLY aim for most journalists is to increase the number of clicks/views they receive. They are judged on that, and the advertising revenue generated. It should come as no surprise that turning City into the enemy, while offering support to Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs, among others, will generate more clicks than the opposite alternative. There is no integrity to this, nor any hate, it is simply selling your soul for your career and a few quid. Those who rail against this are few and far between, and are accused of being shills for our club, paid by 'dirty oil money', or in the pocket of the sheik.

Disagree, none of them wants a public slanging match, not even us. Unfortunately the PL have forced our hand and we've had to go on the front foot. The clubs are professionals, not football fans on twitter slagging each other.

This ^^^ and as someone said yesterday - clubs will be taking legal advice ahead of the vote.

I wonder if all these shills have some sort of arrangement under which they've agreed to write the same regurgitated article one after another rather than all at once so it looks like they are coming to the same conclusion separately and based on a different set of facts.
You can guarantee these bastards are orchestrating with each other constantly. Hence the fabled WhatsApp group as a start.

It’s also evidenced by the fact they reference one another.

One lie told once is nothing. A lie referenced and quoted a few times becomes the truth.
