City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Although it seems a an easy get out for the cartel owner EPL, Villa are obviously listening to their legal team & I'm not sure if they are reliant on shareholder loans

If so that is good news, those owners blindly supporting the PL and their devisive plans are the ones who need a fucking good shaking.

The Tony fucking Bloom's for instance, but then again Brighton will be affected by his loans not being taken account of at present for PSR. Not sure who else is affected but why should they benefit when the tribunal has declared that they should be reflected in calculations.

Same rule for all that the PL should be overseeing for all members ?

That's the problem with the shareholder loans interest being used in PSR calculations
as they probably
won't affect tarquins & dippers with their revenues but Brighton will be worried especially if they stop receiving astronomical fees for their players.

Yet again '
Abu Dhabi owned'.
I've yet to see any other club referenced this way, 'American owed Liverpool' for example.
Or Caymen Isle registred tramps.
I’m sure Roan thinks that’s our name ‘Abu Dhabi owned Manchester City’. Call us that every time he mentions us

There is nothing to gain for the PL as far as I can see. But this is a thread for conspiracies, so here is one.

The club, in the 115 case has asked to the panel to delay judgment on the FFP breaches because, if they are right that the APT rules are null and void since inception because of the treatment of shareholder loans, then the entire FFP/PSR rulebook is null and void since 2013 for the same reason. So the allegations that the club fiddled the books to beat FFP fall completely away.

How is that one? :)

Edit: Btw, I suppose that may explain the PL's rush to implement new rules to present to the tribunal as a fait accompli and avoid the trouble.
Ironically this is in a similar vain to magic twats recent ramblings!…

Ziegler's latest.

Apparently, according to "one source", the vote is “critical to the future of the Premier League”. This sort of nonsense is wearing thin with neutral fans, I think.

It is, though, the first article (afaik?) to tie the proposed APT rule amendments into the PSR framework. Not sure how that works tbh based on the judgment but I suppose people smarter than me can explain it.
