City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I don’t know if this Villa asking for postponement now is supporting us or helping the Premier League … by basically giving them a way out of this!?!

Let PL go ahead, let them lose the vote on Friday, or better still the Tribunal comes in and announce the APT laws as illegal as City’s legal position has been and that plays out better for us than a third club (Villa) asking for a postponement and kind of letting PL off the hook and just pushes the whole thing further down the line (giving the cartel more time to think something else up)!
Although it seems a an easy get out for the cartel owner EPL, Villa are obviously listening to their legal team & I'm not sure if they are reliant on shareholder loans

At some point the cunts at the PL are going to have to address the fact that the tribunal's findings were that parts of the rules were illegal, and stop fucking about, stalling and attempting to appease the cabal's members.

Not sure if the tribunal have the authority to demand that their findings are introduced, or otherwise make the PL abandon the changes imposed since Newcastle were admitted ?
It's a good point that.....
If the Premier League refuse to accept and conform to the tribunals findings what is the next step?
Can a civil court fine the PL until they comply ?
Could the PL be ruled unfit for purpose?
Everyone has assumed they will comply but at the current time I can see them ignoring the findings (as long as they have a two thirds majority)

Even if the majority of the APT rules are deemed legal by the tribunal, surely those rules that aren't, have to be modified in a way that fits UK law.

It seems that the points that need amending are upsetting the cartel clubs running the EPL by tyranny of the majority.

Similar with the original EPL FFP vote, Chelsea are the club that could help force through a vote on any new illegal APT rules because they seem the club with most to gain
