Ta, when is it then? It's not tomorrow......
We (Newcastle United) had a board/fan talk in at our fanzone, and online this evening. All members of the board made their disdain for PSR well and truly heard. I’d be absolutely amazed if we didn’t vote with you tomorrow. In that case the Newcastle hierarchy should challenge them. It doesn't sound like it is City's battle. We have more than enough on our plate.

Your fan mate above this has said opposite.I agree, I think our hierarchy should be challenging PSR but it doesn't look like they're going to.
But will they make any challenges outside what seems to be City's remit? We (Newcastle United) had a board/fan talk in at our fanzone, and online this evening. All members of the board made their disdain for PSR well and truly heard. I’d be absolutely amazed if we didn’t vote with you tomorrow.
Janice was on Thank Your Lucky Stars. Embarrassed I remember it!
Obviously my memory is definitely going, could have sworn it was JBJ.Wasn't she - she was Janice - on "Thank your lucky stars" wit Brian Matthew on Granada early on a Saturday evening?

Oaths/affirmations at tribunals are increasingly de rigueur. Assumed they’d be mandatory at an arbitration hearing.Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. It isn't mandatory. I don't know what happened in City's case.
I nor your mate has said anything about legal challenges but by all accounts they do appear to be in support of City in agreeing that they will not be voting in favour of any "new" rules. Our hierarchy has said since the takeover that they don't like PSR and have spoken out and voted against the changes the PL brought in specifically to restrict us, but there's been no indication that our hierarchy is actually willing to bring a legal challenge against the rules.
