City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Premier League puts an early APT amendments vote out with favourable terms for the cartel /majority.

Fairly obviously gets voted through.

Tribunal report is released and deems new version of APT unlawful again

Premier League say sorry lads, we tried but big bad Abu Dhabi owned Manchester city have fucked it for all of you.

That'd be my guess anyway

i'd assume this ruling won't impact the findings of the tribunal as they only look at what they are contracted to look at.

at most they might make an addendum style statement but i doubt that too.

i assume it's up to lawyers to compare the tribunal findings with the old and new apt rules.

even if the new rules are valid you can't back date rules so if the old ones were deemed unlawful there's a period that needs resolving legally.

Baffled they didnt wait for this.

Think this is the crux of it.Whatever is in the Tribunal fininds will have to accepted and implemented by both sides and if reqired another vote.
But will it ?
I've asked this before. If the PL ignore the tribunals findings what is next.
Is it City that have to take them to a civil court ?
Can the tribunal itself instigate court proceedings?
We all seem to accept that the PL will eventually conform but I've seen little evidence of that so far.
So,ca question to the clever ones on here, IF the PL ignore the findings what happens.

Also, 16-4 vote plays very well in the media & court of public opinion as the vast majority of clubs are against City, therefore, City are the enemy

So let me get this right. The verdict previously from the panel stated shareholder loans should be classed as APT's and therefore impact on PSR.

The PL amended rules still allow 0% interest shareholder loans and therefore no impact on PSR?

Good for those clubs like Arsenal, brighton etc. What in the amended rules is bad for City?
