City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

An obvious outcome on the vote.
Once the PL started using blackmail to get votes it was inevitable outcome on what was already a tight vote.
So no retrospective action on interest on shareholder loans, but retrospective action on us re 115.
We see what you’re doing cunts.
No matter.
Let’s hope what they’re doing is all legal and above board cos if not it’ll be another few weeks in court.
How the media aren’t calling out what the PL have done to get votes is beyond me.
It’s being portrayed as good (PL) vs bad (City)
When the truth is much more straightforward.
Illegal vs legal.

Also, I think Chelsea's £1.5bn loan from Abramovich would possibly still fall within the current 3 year PSR cycle.
Abramovich propped up the club to the tune of 900k per week during his ownership, in the last year of his tenure a commercial loan on that 1.5b would have seen the Club have to account for around 1.2 m, no one seemingly gave two fucks.
