City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Cue yet another amendment to the handbook rule w8769.5 All transfers fees between member clubs must be assessed and approved by the premier leagues newly formed transfer panel and voted for in a 75% majority. The panel will be headed by Scruffy Jim and formed with members John Hendry, Stan Kroenke & Dan Levy. In the event of a split decision then Dickie Masters will have the deciding vote. Their will be no right to appeal the panel's decision and the transferred player will be excluded from being registered for the buying club & the fee for the selling club excluded from PSR calculations. The fee for the buying club will contribute to PSR despite the club being unable to register the player. Once the buying club sell the unregistered player that fee will also be excluded from PSR calculations.
Bloody hell you must be bored today

Was it £80k & 1 game and off memory we sold him back for £50k. Presumably decorated the Boardroom and painted the changing rooms while he was here and would have cost us more than we lost on the transfer.
Not even sure he played one full game I thought he came on as a sub
