Please tell me the rags have a MASSIVE amount of shareholder loans
NopeI can see we win some major claims here. I can also see the PL wittering they won most of the battles - did we actually lose anything materially significant to us?
They don't have shareholder interest free loans, apparently. But not United? ;)
So,your club has been cheating and they've been found out.I'm not sure how much difference it makes in the long run but I will say it does make sense that clubs should pay interest on shareholder loans.
I hope your **** of a club dies in hell. Cheating, diving, moaning, injury feigning, snide pathetic tarquin cunts. No offenceFrom an Arsenal perspective this isn't great for us. The main ruling I see from this that impacts us is the fact that club owners can't give the club loans without having fair market value interest charged.
At present the Kroenkes loan the club £250m and as football is a risky business I'd say fair market value interest rates are around 8% so that's an extra £20m that needs to be factored into FFP moving forward.
I thought that, why didnt we just give ourselves a massive loan like the others did?Surprising that interest free loans from your owners is fine. How the fuck was that never a thing.
Hasn't done them much good over the last 4 years.
I think their shareholders take them for every fucking penny they can getThey don't have shareholder interest free loans, apparently.
