They’ve been acting illegally against some clubs. Almost like they’ve been behind a cartel.Surely Masters has to resign on the back of this.

Following today’s publication of the Rule X Arbitral Tribunal Award, Manchester City Football Club thanks the distinguished members of the Arbitral Tribunal for their work and considerations and welcomes their findings:www.mancity.com
The language in here is utterly robust and points to a damning verdict, absolutely critical of the actions of the Premier League.
It was an excellent article and easy enough for a non legal person (me) to understand. Not sure all the ' journalists ' and Sly/BBc and Talkshite presenters will though...A fucking brilliant piece by Martin Samuel yet again. One that cuts through all the waffling shite coming from the premier league and the media to try and paint a rosier picture than what the facts actually say. Obviously I can't print it all here but this small section is damning.
"Unlawful, unlawful, unlawful, unfair, unfair, unreasonable, unreasonable. The seven conclusions of the arbitration panel governing Manchester City’s case against the Premier League make for sobering reading."
The first three , "Unlawful, unlawful, unlawful " should, in my opinion, mean our separate 115 case immediately collapses. We are dealing with a biased criminal cartel.
Don't hold your breath on that one. Our PR department is useless.Be good for MCFC to launch a counter media campaign now they have won this case .
Yeah but now Jim can pile money into the club now via all his other businessesBut not United? ;)
