City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

To give Wallace some credit, he’s obviously a tactical deep thinker, given the following….

“Anthony Gordon inflicting a tough night on Greek RB Lazaros Rota, who should organise his team-mates to take turns helping him out at specific pre-agreed times”.

Whatever that means….
Mind you, that senseless post got single figure comments and his preposterous rant against City over 250, so that probably explains it!

Is that a possible / likely option?

Wow - we would have to be so sure of the Tribunal view - imagine if they did not come down on our side

The injunction would be for any new version of the rules to be placed on hold pending tribunal's final determination. Not really controversial.

The problem could be that the lawyers are still busy with the other matter to make their final submissions on relief and the way forward. PL getting impatient and wants new rules ASAP, seemingly not willing to wait. Worked out really well for them last time they tried to rush through rules to stop us. Perhaps they feel they can get away with more before the tribunal has made its final decision and they will be less willing to interfere with a set of rules that is already in place.

Quite right too. It was a preposterous article. Absolute fucking clown.
But look at his numbers on Twitter. His post about that article got 164k views and over 250 likes. His previous post, after the Greece game, got 24k views and 20 likes.

It's quite conceivable that his SEO editor said "Sam, you need to get your numbers up to keep our advertisers happy. Write another piece about Manchester City, as we know those get a lot more interactions. Any old stuff will do but the more antagonistic the better".

There is no ‘but’ to an article purporting to be serious, which is so founded in absurdity. What a pitiful way to make a living.

Only someone possessing zero self respect would operate in that way.

Every time i see Spurs being included in a top club cartel

spurs are the snivelling wanna be club, hanging on to the coat tails of the bigger greedy cunts, with their delusions of grandeur, driven solely by the chance of grabbing even more money..................................................but fuck all chance of achieving actual success in footballing terms.

And journalism seems to be the profession where integrity and self respect are entirely absent.
