City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Yet again '
Abu Dhabi owned'.
I've yet to see any other club referenced this way, 'American owed Liverpool' for example.
Or Caymen Isle registred tramps.
referenced it in another post, its racism pure and simple, in main stream press it is constantly referred to as arab money , whereas its never referred to as american money, egyptian money, greek money but it is somehow accepted that it is perfectly okay to reference our money as arab money like it somehow spends differently to any other money.

Sunrise 07.44 in Stockport tho'

while i agree with you in theory, i think people really overestimate the rags and dippers popularity and underestimate the depth of hatred there is for them. if they went and formed an esl tomorrow it would be popular for a year maybe two but that would be it, the whole ethos of football and why it is so popular is that on any given day the big team might take a black eye from the little guy, remember when we were crap no day mattered as much as derby day because on that day we might just might do those fuckers who looked down on us for the rest of the season, an esl takes that away and i think would fall on its arse in a couple of years.
You’re right mate but you’re looking at it as a fan, through the lens of romance and sport
They do not do that, nor do they care about anyone who isn’t giving them money. And I can guarantee that a super league will make more money than we can imagine and they will chase that dollar till the day they die.

If the numbers add up they’ll do whatever it takes and if they can take care of a rival in the crossfire then so much the better

Bring it on, bastards.

Three arguments are understood to have been raised by Villa as the club suggests a postponement: fresh potential legal challenges, ongoing uncertainties around the tribunal’s findings and also further changes to the rule book after the introduction of the independent regulator.

Seems they want to make sure its done right first time, over who is right in the argument tbh.

I wish Newcastle would stop sitting on the fence and joining the fight .I don't trust them one little bit , it seems they want to reap any benefits from this, but do nothing about bringing change .

With the way things are turning out with our issues with the PL, I suspect that clubs are primarily looking out for themselves, despite the evidence of the cartel attempting to fuck everybody else over, bar their chosen teams and the slimy cunts spurs of course.

but that is my point, for the money yes but that money is only viable while it is popular, the idea of killing the golden goose for something that will only pay out for a couple of years is monumentally stupid even for the yanks.
