And they benefit you, ultimately. I don't think we (Newcastle) will challenge them either, as we seem very keen to appear to be playing by the rules. I think it's more likely to come if any club is actually relegated as a result of a points deduction.

In that case the Newcastle hierarchy should challenge them. It doesn't sound like it is City's battle. We have more than enough on our plate.I do 100% and we will benefit from City demonstrating that the current APT rules (specifically designed to stop us from growing) are unlawful. But the PSR rules do currently benefit all of the 'big 6' clubs, including you, which is maybe why you didn't really attack them from that angle.
