I guess that PL and City are very pissed off with whoever leaked it and they have totally shutdown now

The result will probably not get published, most likely the only thing we will notice, is the dropping/amending of the rule, and a few minor sackings, ie the person that put it to a vote without a lawful agreement.
But the PL will be very very pissed off, fancy letting the Government know their directives on minorities was being ignored.
