Unless they take it as advice only, get alternative (and contrary) legal advice, then trump up a way to challenge the arbitration in the courts. If anyone doubts that they are capable I suggest you get a reality check

Our current income streams have already been passed and declared fair value so that wouldn't impact spending now or in the future.

For some reason I thought we were taking legal action to protect our version of what these income streams were worth both now and in the future.

Not really. It says SAVE FOR s67, 68, 70 and 71 of the Act, you can't appeal.

You do have that right, nothing can override any person or organisation to resort to law for a legal ruling. PL rules are not above the law.

You can’t appeal against the Arbitration Ruling but you still have the right to take a case to a legal body such as CAT.
