City launch legal action against the Premier League

I think you’re missing the point - they’re all related parties, hence the scrutiny. You’re simply emphasising why there’s a widely held theory that the entire purpose of the City ownership is to benefit and project Abu Dhabi onto the world, via football.

Surely we should have hired competent people who could facilitate investment exclusively from non-related parties and remove any doubt as to where the money is coming from.

100% a red with stuff like this but just to assuage your little raggy tendencies lets talk about our sponsors like asahi super dry, puma, okx, nissan , not to mention silverlake capital and china who bought shares within the club or do they not count cos they dont fit your agenda, why should one of the worlds best airlines NOT want to be associated with one of the leading clubs in the world currently, but do carry on.
City have one of the biggest shirt sleeve sponsors in the league, a non related sponsor, under the new rule the PL can ban them
