It may have finished last week for all anyone on here will know. They scheduled for 2 weeks but that's down to the people involved, they don't tend to have open spots where they can squeeze a quick PL panel in. We may not find anything out until they announce whether the new rules have been fully adopted or not. Were the February amendments actually announced publicly?
