U23 shortly and then first team training is hopefully the path. He is a talent, as many of them are.

Yes that is the path I hope the club sees.

Why?

Many of the players on the U18 are extremely talented, but for some reaosn, I see that little extra in him. He may want that faster rise to the top and may not wait.

This is just a feeling and based on nothing, but I hope we can convince him of a proper path to our team, I think he will be special.

I agree, he is certainly both talented and exciting. He has blistering pace but maybe relies on it just a little too much at the moment (understandably so at his age and stage of development) so will need to learn a few tricks to add other strings to his bow. This is where good coaching is essential, hopefully we provide it.
