For transparency maybe we should know how many applied to be a candidate and what criteria you used to narrow the field down.
You say you scored according to the competencies outlined in the terms of reference but not how many actual applications there were.
I’ve read all the information on the voting area and to be honest was only struck by how bland each one was. Not much fire in their bellies. JMHO

The club talks about being more diverse and inclusive, yet where is the role for transgender Blues? I’m offended on behalf of transgendered Blues who want single sex toilets to have a smoke in.

In addition, the Women’s, Families and Under 25’s Representatives terms of governance has come to an end, meaning, we are seeking applications for the following positions:

  • Women’s Representative
  • Families Representative
  • Black and Mixed Heritage Representative
  • Asian and Mixed Heritage Representative
  • Under 25s Representative

Why do they need separate black and Asian reps? Does Asian cover far east like China and Japan? In fact why do we need them at all? More nonsense as usual and no my name is not Trump. Is there one for FOCs as there seem to be more of them these days.

We're probably near enough if not the biggest demographic in the club especially at games .....

My old fella used to say he was a straight working/retired white married man and had no voice in the country, add FOC to his words and you've got the situation at City for many of us.

Your dad was right mate, obviously someone from bluemoons DEI brigade will be along shortly trying to explain why free tickets to Dignitas is a good thing if you're old male and white.

Just out of interest, what is a 'mixed heritage' Rep? I understand Black and Asian Reps.

There should be a Hong Konger/Chinese Rep. Or does that come under a wider Asian Rep?

I assume we have one for FOCs already in place and so no election required. China and Japan are in Asia so they would be covered by the Asiaan rep.

I want a rep advocating pissing in sinks
 
I could do the FOC as a younger one but nearing that age, I can still get to the toilet and not piss myself however I can’t guarantee I won’t fall asleep in the meetings..
