City move for Milner...

so with City's over-inflated prices on players now, is it actually a £15m value bid in anyone else's money.

I'd have him cos SWP wants to be an "secondary" player now, with his stupid demands.

Overpriced. As overpriced as Lescott.

Your probably right but were arent in the market for bargains now so we either pay inflated prices or we dont buy?

You are probably right too but the question is why should we help Villa(or others) by giving them load of money? I am sure they can find many great replacements with younger age.

However say Richards/Onouha and Ireland + £10-15 Million, i'd take that
I bet you fucking would!!!

Mancini wouldnt be that stupid to give away 3 players and money for Milner or would he?

Saying that City should not under value whoever is part of the deal. Ned 5-8 million and Richards 10 million plus as for Ireland 15-20 million would be about right. Let us get value for our players not just give them away.

I notice you put they can find many great replacements when I would have said we?

Its not a case of wanting to help others but its a position we find ourselves in - answers on a postcard to the club as to how else this could be done please copying us in.

milner would be a great addition to the squad. he is young yet experienced, versatile, commited and level headed. if villa could replace him with a younger player who is as good, why wouldn't they sign him anyway? this would have me cock-a-hoop going into the world cup.

Not keen on Milner, and certainly not at the prices being talked about.

Ive always rated Milner.....to a degree. I think he is a good, very good player. I'm not sure he's worth the money or is what we need. That said he is young and very versitle and if Foster(utd 3rd GK) can be sold for 6mil then i suppose 24mil for him isn't too bad as long as we do sign a real creative mid-field player as well
