Looking forward to reading about this on my BBC Sport app. How on earth do Arsenal make 3rd?!
They find innovative ways to pay huge salaries to players who never make the match day squad.

‘Sportswashing’? Wtf? Very weird, sniff sniff paragraph for a blue to write or have you just been taken in by Delooney and the WhatsApp gimps?
They’ve more than doubled their money and no doubt had a lot of fun along the way, despite the best efforts of our enemies and vested interests.oh fuck off
look at my posting history. I am no rag. Delaney is a self serving delussional arsehole and i dont use whatsapp
there is a chance that what, in the future, our owners (sheik mansour and the chinese) are going to use their ownership to put a PR gloss on some of their less than salubrious human rights. There is no evidence of this now but they might do this in the future. I personally dont think its going to happen, but surprisingly I havent got a crystal ball or accurate tarot cards, so when discussing the future I think I have to include it.
If anyone claims our owners are sportswashing now i would laugh at them and argue them off the board.
Can you imagine if they add Messi to that set of midgets, may just cause you to find life completely unbearable!Unique non functional blue lights
Longest post match wait for a tram
Superb legal team gets club out of any bother
Smallest set of forwards ever
Innovative penalty taking technique
In my view so-called "sportswashing" is a false narrative created by some (racist) elements in the media. The motivation of CFG is nothing more than to make long-term profits and so far it has been a very effective business model. All businesses in every Gulf state are in a race to diversify away from fossil fuels..even the Saudis are now trying to promote tourism.‘Sportswashing’? Wtf? Agree 100% with that. Even those who invented and giddily throw the term around have an ever-shifting and often contrary, ideologically dishonest definition of exactly what it isIn my view so-called "sportswashing" is a false narrative created by some (racist) elements in the media. There is no such thing as sportswashing and there is no evidence that owning a football club has improved the reputation of Sheikh Mansour, quite the opposite in fact.
He has invested hugely in sports and leisure (amongst other sectors) across the globe and his motivation is to make money...just like the rest of the commercial world. It's depressing to think that even some of our own fans have been taken in by the media smear campaign against us.
The question which always stumps the people who repeat this narrative is: "What evidence do you have for sportswashing?" It is absurd to suggest that serious business operators like Sheikh Mansour would sit in a room and say to himself: "I think I will invest billions of pounds across the globe just to improve the reputation of my country of origin"Agree 1

That’s how good we are. We don’t need them to win a match.Bit pointless if we don't score from them
