There have been many occasions when ' City news made my heart sink '; a lot aired on previous posts but the one that made me stop supporting City - for all of 3 days !!! - was losing Paul Stewart to Tottenham; that was the final straw - been mentioned on here. It seemed like every time we got someone half decent, sold them to a so called ' bigger ' club at that time.....

Loved it at White Hart Lane giving it back to them in the pub BEFORE the game...though on Tottenham fan did say ' any club would like City's owners '......

When we sold Richard Dunne, I did something I had never done before and wrote to him personally to thank him for his time with us. (Live with it I do, Dunnie is still my hero.) He was a gentleman and replied.

When we sold Niall Quinn to Sunderland, another true gent.
