City or Neutral Pub in Urmston

Urmston cricket club will be ok or the Bird in Hand. Nelson just full of rags. Think the Bent Brook was also not bad for blues if they still show games.

I live in Urmston and Roebuck, Bird or Church Inn are always fine. Never had or seen any trouble when I've watched a Derby in either of those.

But as some have said most will be at the game and my past experiences are going off when games were at the swamp.

The Urmston is my local but unfortunately stopped showing sport about a week after I moved here!

I had earmarked the Lord Nelson but might stick my head in the day before and have a quick chat with the landlord, see what he reckons haha

If not, Roebuck or Bird I Th Hand will do.

What’s that pub opposite the hospital called? I had a spell of going in there quite regularly when my mum was in the nut house over the road.

Seemed quite a nice pub and clearly geared up for showing football. Probably full of United fans for a derby though I’d guess.

Looking for a pub in or near Urmston that is either Blue or Neutral - will be watching the derby with 3 mates who support Spurs, Newcastle and Bolton, so they arent bothered where we watch - I'd prefer it to be blue, but tbh as long as it isnt full of reds I'm happy!

There will be no rags out.
