I'm going for Kevin Horlock, although Gerard Wiekens has been consistent.
Ones for the future could be Richard Edghill and Jeff Whitley, if they keep working and learning from the older heads like Eddie McGoldrick and Kit Symons. And Michael Brown could be useful if he can add goals to his game.
