Supposedly he was 33 when he signed for us !!.Personally think it was a bit of a 'Roger Milla situation' the Cameroon international from Italia 90 (I think?) who nobody knew exactly how old he was .
Tommy Hutch was a very good player in the short time he was at City...apart from when defending those bloody free kicks!!! (If that was today he could have just had a little lie down behind the wall and he would have probably won the cup)

Loved watching Hutchinson play for Coventry city on tv highlights,when he signed for us along with Gow and Mcdonald everything changed.
We reached the final of the fa cup and semi final of the league cup in a season which started abysmally, captured by the Granada tv cameras..in the documentary entitked "City"..but their film ran out when City turned good 12 weeks into the season.
It didnt fit the script.
The media..always shaping the news to a particular agenda.
Ho hum.
 
Surprise in a good way, Andy Hill. Didn’t look big enough or quick enough, but was actually a really good player for us.
Surprise in a bad way, Dabo. Looked like a Vieira type midfielder, but just wasn’t.....
