I always thought Michael Hughes should have been given more time

There's another guy whose name Im struggling to remember - He ended up getting Deep Vein Thrombosis on the bus on the journey to one of the away games in Keegans time (Antoine somebody or other?) - I didnt actually think he was any good but seeing all these older names and how shit some of them were has madse me smile a bit

and Alfons Groednjink (sp) was he the guy that Peter Reid said 'could open a tin of peas with his foot'
Alioune Toure. Only played about 2 games I think, came on against crystal palace or someone like that an tore their left back a new arse hole, think we swapped him for somebody.

Remember Danny Alsop, that Australian lad we bought for 10k who was leathal in the old second division - I thought he was top class and was one of the boys who scored when we hammered Notts County 6-0 at Maine Road

Yeah Uncle Fester very true, i remember when we played boro up there in both cups, Sam Ellis was screaming at him, the irony of that eh. Lets take a talent and see if the lad can get snow on the ball

Ken Carr (aka Karim Kercar).

Not very good but alright for a free transfer bloke who worked in Ali's local bar in Algeria.

His mate, Belmadji too. Good debut vs Fulham.

Actually, both not very good but I've got to like Kenny Carr just for the announcer at Rochdale

Marc Vivien Foe. Great engine. Great box to box and knew how to tackle. I knew some who just didn't rate him. Very fitting that he scored the last ever City goal at Maine Road.

R.I.P. Marc

good shout impeccable , he was magnificent , hard to see why anyone wouldnt rate a player like him , great character and brilliant footballer. i think if he wouldnt of so sadly passed away , and if we would have signed him on a permanent basis , he would have been a legend at the club.
R.I.P Marc , you will never be forgotten.
