City players YOU thought were good

Anybody remember the goal Bradley Wright-Phillips scored against Olympiakos in the Thomas Cook Trophy about 4 years ago. (we won 3-1).

He ran from the half way line, skinned 2 or 3 players and drilled it in. Right goal.

Thought he was going to be class after that. Now League one beckons.

After reading though this thread noticed one thing about 80% of the players suggested lacked pace, If they had this pace would they have lived up to their expectations?

hehehhe it doesn't he is out of contract and Southampton can't renew it!!!

I still have to laugh at Pearce buying Corradi to play in a team with no recognised wide players at all.

I think he would have stuck a few away with SWP and Petrov out wide.

Lucien Mettomo
Richard Edghill
Eike Immel
Niclas Jensens left foot
Sun Jihai - if he was english people would have rated him as a good squad player, no-one trusted him because he was chinese. gave everything.
