I walked past this place a few months ago, the area is massive with piles of rubble where buildings have been knocked down.

In my opinion this site seems too big to be a training ground, it would not surprise me if this land was been earmarked as the location for a new stadium.

Harrow had put the ground up for sale due to housing market flat.
Land has planning permission for houses already.

Hotel anyone??????(just rumour, to accommodate the day trppers)

Wife works for the firm that did all the ground work for the COMS and future Regeneration of surronding area.

Will ask her to do a bit of dogging.

scall1 look at this picture, the site is fucking huge way bigger than Carrington.

in fact, we ccould just build a new stadium on the new land, say in the top left corner, then still have a huge area for parking, admin center, then training facilities for the youth, reserves etc, that would be a proper football factory, imagine training in the glare of a 90,000 seater stadium.....

Correct me if i'm wrong, but City have just started work on a £6m office block on land outside CoMS in order to rehouse in-stadium staff to use office areas as fanzones or even possibly further seating. They wouldn't be doing that if they had any plans to leave the current ground.
