City Relegating Other Teams

I think we relegated Notts County around 1991-1992 - they never made it back. Hope for their sakes they aren't about to go down again today!

Wolves in 11/12 immediately after Utd had drawn 4-4 with Everton & 8 days before the Derby. Such a contrast in emotions, City fans coming to the realisation that we could actually turn it around and win the league as opposed to the devastated Wolves fans.

I think we relegated Derby the same season as well (and maybe Luton)?

Tottenham 5-0 1977

Not sure if it was the final nail in the coffin, but I remember the Kippax singing:

"DIVISION TWO'S CALLING YOU TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR"

Derby and Luton were different seasons, we didn't relegate Luton, we did hammer them it was three month before they went down.

Stoke in 1998 :( , as mentioned York in 1999 in front of a full house to get a stub for the play offs.

Good old Dennis Law.

He didn't relegate them.

Check the facts,

We have never relegated the swamp dwellers.

We relegated the mighty York did we not?
We sure did. 4-0 last day of the season in front of a sell out crowd of 32,000+.

Where were we when were shit?

We also relegated stoke the year before...and were relegated ourselves for good measure.
