got back at 7pm - Flybe got us home,absolute miracle.
some lads fucked as their Zurich flight got cancelled.
110 euros from Milan to the airport. driver didnt want to go.!

Still stranded in Italy, back at the original hotel of which we stayed last night (In turin) Nightmare that that flight was cancelled.
Currently suppin Moretti in "Hotel Urbani" at €5 per bottle!
Flights booked back 2moro morning from Turin to Stansted (£90 each) and then hiring car back home. Around 50 City fans on that flight...All extremley pissed off when hearing the news!!
The first plan that alot had was a train from Milan to Paris over night, 8 hours and £50 then there still not in UK. Also people flying to Munich and taking it from there,
Nightmare journey, Extra cost of £200-£250, Great!
Oh by the way, Just searching flights to Greece! ;)

Feel sorry for those lads stranded especially with the extra cost involved, I thought that was going to happen to the Flybe flight I was on that made it out of Malpensa 3 hours late. The main problem our flight had was just queueing to get de-iced on the taxi-way.
Not sure what happened to the cancelled flights, did the incoming planes not get in or something as most flights were eventually moving out of Malpensa, after a delay.

Same with the flight out of Milan Linate I was on at 11.30 this morning. Looking out the window at them de-icing the wings and checking the flaps. I was crapping it on take off. Hope you all get home without too much hassle.

Thank god it was delayed. My mate got the times mixed up and we turned up at 3:30 for what turned out to be a 3:00 flight! Ran through security and got our boarding pass at the gate! Lucky, lucky sods us.

Just got back, nightmare travellig but we were very lucky with the snow really! Every other flight to London got cancelled bar ours! Heard of a lot of blues stuck in France, must be awful
Just got in. Pain in the arse today 14 hours on buses and plane to get home. We got lucky that Stansted was one of the only ones they allowed to leave, even though a few hours late. Not a nervous flyer but think everyone was happy to touch down ok after seeing the floor and plane we were boarding was completely covered in snow and bit icy.
