I also wondered if the fan who got Rooney City legend had it changed or removed.

I'm not really a fan of tattoos (I don't have any) but each to their own.

I know it kind of ruins the spontaneity of it all, but if it's your first one mate, go somewhere reputable and really make sure of what you want. And yeah it may be a bit pricier that you were expecting but it's on you forever - don't nickel and dime over a few quid for something permanent
