Would I be right in thinking that doing the south stand first gives the club time to think about options for city square and the club shop?

Do we own the ground used as a car park behind the east stand for instance?

City square has proved a brilliant idea and im sure the club dont want to decrease its size when more people attending would point to a need to increase and develop size.

With regard to your points, they do own the land and for sure when the North Stand is developed they will need to think about relocation of the shop and square. With that in mind, that car park is a strong contender.

I predict he'll get to 54,000 posts, stop for a couple of seasons, then aim to get to 62,000 as quickly as possible.

Are we still planning on spreading the away fans out over the 3 tiers in the South stand? Good idea if so as it would dilute a lot of the singing. I'd like us to stick a singing section up in the third tier too.

I hope so. Great opportunity to stick the singers together behind one goal and create an atmosphere.

Its not something I really thought of and as I hadnt read thar long long thread wondered why it looked so forlorn. The north cap parks are properly done and I thought that land which was once a proposed site for that casino place may not be ours.

I apologise for my ignorance on such matters.

Cellar hit squads are being assembled under the auspices of major gaykev so expect visits :))

Its not something I really thought of and as I hadnt read thar long long thread wondered why it looked so forlorn. The north cap parks are properly done and I thought that land which was once a proposed site for that casino place may not be ours.

I suspect the council actually own the land if that's where they were going to build the super-casino. But we might lease it as part of the deal or may have bought it even. I do believe that when the takeover went through, they were looking at a plan to build a completely new stadium where the North Car Park is.
