Yep, Bernardo and maybe even Mendy.Think Girona play their first league game on the 19th. Feels a little odd, but hey ho. We'll probably have a few players for whom a run out might actually be beneficial, so it could be a good thing.

It's nice for guys like Bernardo Silva who haven't had much of a pre-season. Surely Pep won't field the A team. It's for the youngsters, subs and those who are late into preparation to get some playing time.

IMO at the start of a season you want as many games as possible to achieve match fitness. It will give us chance to rotate and bring all players to full fitness.
