City Treble documentary | Club sell rights to Netflix for seven figure sum | To be aired in April (p5)

I've only shed a tear twice watching City in 57 years. The Agüero goal and the Champions League final win. I think both were mainly out of sheer relief than anything else.

Watching that last episode made me shed a few more. CTWD
The CL final was very emotional. So many people just walking around the back of the stand after the game just completely gone with what they had just witnessed. It was a magnificent half an hour or so after the final whistle. The Everest moment.

A little thing I noticed on part 6: half time in the champions league final and they all coming in looking anxious. Dias says to Rodri. “don’t worry. He will change things and it will be ok”.

What belief they have in Pep.

It was interesting to see the comparison to Chelsea where Pep had gone nuts and in hindsight felt he was too harsh as well.

It's certainly calmed me down going into the business end this season. No matter what, we've got the best manager and a group who will give it absolutely everything. Whether we win all three or absolutely nothing, they'll have done their best. And just to be talking about having a chance again is quite incredible.

Yes, I enjoyed that bit. They were paralysed with nerves against Chelsea and he can’t have helped.

And I’m feeling more confident too having watched it. Although I’m still frightened of Real Madrid against a makeshift back four. I now feel that if we do lose against then we will win the league.

Yeah I don't think they're better than previous seasons but have a style more suited to exposing our weaknesses. Bellingham and Vinicius suspended if they get booked so time to be savvy and try to get the two out of the 2nd leg. Use all the tricks in the book.

Agreed although players like that should be savvy enough not to get themselves booked. It’s breakaway goals without Ake and walker’s recovery pace that frightens me.

This they’d be doing the same if it was 3-4 of our players ..

Finished it now , fucking fantastic . When pep said before the cl final you go here and rodders will be free and that was exactly what happened !
