If we don't at least a point something from this game, I really can't see us staying in the top 5 for very long. Spurs are on our heels and will comfortably beat Burnley which puts even more pressure on us. If the rags win at the baggies today, we could be in a serious state, as they will only be 3 points behind.
It's a real state we have got ourselves into after such a promising start. Unless we have a huge winning streak, I can't see us recovering. Shitty I realise, but I really hope we can turn this around, and not give the rag loving media anything.

They are on target for a 90 point season and that means 5 defeats in their last 21 games.

That means we need at least 58 points from our remaining 22 games to have a real sniff.

11 on the spin and 9 clean sheets pretty impressive but I still maintain this is a tough but average league overall.

Chelsea are just better organised defensively than the rest and that will be more than enough to win this league comfortably this year.

They always get 7-8 behind the ball no matter what and breal quickly when the have to and have a good keeper which is what you need to win titles.

Think its Chelsea's title to lose. Yet another solid win BASED ON A STRONG WELL ORGANISED DEFENCE, Just like ours with Bravo, Sagna, Clichy Oto and Kolarov. Unforgiveably bad management. Nothing to do with settling in. Conte is new to this league too. I cease to be generous. Even at this stage we have cocked it up. Too much concentration on the CL.
I know this sounds like a btoken record but I just cant believe we were satisfied with the defence PRE SEASON.
Which poster on here was happy with the defence. Yes we had a good run to begin but soon got found out.

If Chelsea get 90 points then they will deserve it. We don't have a devine right to win anything. They are actually on track for a 96 point season on results so far! Have to say that so far they are doing everything right and you can't knock a run like this. It's excellent.

One game at a time for us. I don't think it's wise to look too far ahead with the way we have been playing.

A win against Arsenal would be a great tonic for the players though.

Amazed if we get anything out of this game.

Our form against top 6 teams is horrendous by and large.

With so many key players out and our midfield and defence being so weak and wide open I can see they scoring a few.

With Peps first season and the fullback situation I'll be happy with anything over 80 points if we can get mid 80s great. Whether that wins the league or not, it would be nice but long term not essential.
