Exactly, you put on a kid when you're comfortably winning not when you're trying to see a game out. No idea why pep put him on but I'm 100% pep feels now that was a mistake.Should have started with more fresh legs. However, the players out there should have won the game and Garcia had fresh legs but managed to give the ball to Boro twice in the immediate run up to their goal whilst failing to stop the cross. Not that he should be scapegoated and he wasn't solely to blame, on or off the pitch. Garcia should not have been introduced when he was, IMO.

Substitutions were very poor.
They were all late when clearly certain players were tired.
Garcia's introduction played a major part in their goal.
And why was Kompany not brought on ( instead of nacho for kun) to shore up the defence in the final minutes?

I don't like the way young Garcia is being blamed, that falls on the forwards for not wrapping the game up earlier.
It's easy after the event, personally I think Komps should have been sent on at 70 mins.
We are creating chances, we just need to start taking them.

Still don't think there are any stand out sides but Liverpool and Chelsea have an advantage being out of Europe.
We certainly need to start putting sides away though when we can otherwise we will drop off the pace.
We really should be 6 points better off than we currently are and to not be at least 28 points now is a bitter pill to swallow.
Whether it turns out to be critical remains to be seen as we will play games with less chances created and our defence under the kosh at times.

The taking off of Navas was our demise.
Totally agree.Navas should have remained. He would have been instumental in closing down that cross to the far post - that 'boro scored from.The taking off of Navas was our demise.
Clichy should have attacked the cross. Instead he waited for the ball to flick it on and didn't really jump.
2nd time this season he has been outdone on the far post from a cross.
He did look to see who was behind him before the cross, in his favour, but still has to do better than that.
