City v Bournemouth post match

Great to hear EVERY person from the press on Sunday supplement this morning back Sterling and Aguero for their actions yesterday! Doesnt happen very often but great to hear it!!

Jesus was on the end of some horrific treatment yesterday. He is unusually brave for a centre forward when it comes to the physical side of the game and he needs protection from the officials.
So far I have seen absolutely nothing of the sort and the club should be highlighting this.
We don't want to see him hounded like David Silva has been in the past or the lad is likely to pick up a serious one soon.

Funny, isn't it, some of the neutrals seem to be more angry than us. Three games into the season, and we've had not one, but two shit red cards already.

Mind you, think on this for a second: Mike Dean, the eternal drama queen and attention seeker, gets his place in history by ruling out Aguero's goal for inappropriately celebrating it. Grisly thought, isn't it?

May not have been the typos of explosive performance that everyone was/is expecting of City this year, but love to see the team pull out a tough one like that - a great thing to see 2 points snatched from seemingly nowhere.

The match day threads on here and the comments of blues on twitter mid match are an embarrassment to the idea of rational informed adulthood

We played some phenomenal football yesterday in spite of some disgusting behaviour and tackles from Bournemouth. The fact that we could find pockets of space and play our way out of trouble against a team who defended so resolutely and pressed so aggressively bodes well for the future. The spirit we showed to complete the comeback when things weren't going our way was something we all ask from our team as fans.

There are certainly lots of things we can improve on but there's also so much to be happy about other than simply the result.

Bernardo Silva is going to be the best player in the league at some point and I can't wait.
