City v Bristol City 1st leg post match

Same here, they have put teams in the premier league to shame, won’t be easy at Ashton gate (is that still their ground) in the return leg,and for me when we don’t play a full strength team even if it’s two or three changes we struggle ...

It can be a struggle when you change so many players and it’s not necessarily down to a lack of quality it just gets disjointed. Add in that the game meant more to their players and supporters and it’s not a huge surprise.

OMG. my heart can’t take much more of this.
Kun saves the day again!!!!
Play like that at their place and we will not get to the final. Well done Bristol, they defended in numbers and through some absolute comical defending we were allowing them chances. Mangala should be no where near the team for the replay. Is it his mask or is he just woeful?
Yaya cannot play in the next match either, he was completely ineffective, strolling around the pitch.
We CANNOT afford to keep wasting the clear opportunities. It will bite us in the ass sooner or later.

we needed a couple of normally top players to not have stinkers - Sane and Gundogan - and that game would have been out of sight. Even with a smattering of other below par performances.

what the fuck has bravo done wrong???? please just give a resonable example of this....if you want for another scapegoat apart from mangala for tonight look no further than stones
Bravo does not need any bad press. - he did ok.
Alright he is not an Ederson - who does knit the defence together.

Should have been 3 up before they scored, need to stop conceding so many stupid pens and making it harder for ourselves. Disappointed in certain performances tonight, Gundogan was off his game, Mangala had a shocker at times, Sane picked the wrong option just about every time, Danilio had a terrible first half. Sadly, time has caught up with Ya Ya and he was just ambling around. Should have won it by more than 1 goals and made it easier for next weeks game.
Credit to KDB for turning it around, quality ball in from Silva for Kun, should have started with him and won the game within 60 minutes.
Pretty sure if we field a strong team next week we will beat them.

Good to set that home win record at the very last. Another decades old one too thanks to Sergio.
