Does anyone have the game on video that we played at Gigg Lane from the 1997/98 season? It was on a Friday night and on Sky Sports.

I remember Kinkladze missing a pen, Dave Morley grabbing an equalizer and Tony Scully hitting the post.

If anyone has a copy, could you please let me know as i'd love to see it again.

I was asking to see it again because i was there and it's been years since i have seen it. There was never a season review compiled for that season!

Was that the match that Rosler warmed down by himself in front of the City fans even though he'd not got off the bench? Think he was trying to make a point to Clark (or whoever was the manager then) that he should be in the team

A mad night, especily for us Bury Blues !!! I was stood in the cemetry end, proper terrace, I seem to remember it pissed down all night !!!!

Sorry for blowin my top, just hate the rags mate.

It pissed down all night and City were given both ends which was great.

Loads of agro outside as well after the game. The 135 bus wouldn't stop for anyone, ha ha.

Talking of games when it pissed down all night.
Anybody remember a game at Maine Road against Leicester in about
95/96 season. It was when they were rebuliding the Kippax and there
was only one tier built, all obviously incovered. Me and my dad went to that
one but he went in the Kippax and i went in the North Stand.
Remember he was drenched to the bone when we met after the game
and i was giving him a bit of stick because i was nice and dry.
As was so often the case i think it was a very dissapointing result too if i remember rightly.

I remember the Bury, game. I has been to the St Leger at doncaster that day. Watched it as soon was we got off the coach in Salford in some dodgy pub. Nearly got into a fight with some United lads who were taking the piss coz we were 1-0 down.

I was there (main stand with hundreds of City fans) and had a good night out in Bury after the game in Sol/Viva
