Surely Nasri is in our best team over Navas. Samir has been possibly our best player this season.
Errrrr..

He's right, Nasri player of the season for me too.

Navas on the right, Silva cutting in on the left with Kolarov overlapping is the most balanced attacking shape we have though.
Apologies, misread the orginal post. Agree totally. Thought NQ didn't know Nasri was injured. Once, again, apologies.

Just got this from a Cardiff forum (they are reading this thread)

Cocky, arrogant sods. Must be former Man U fans converted to the other side.

Wouldn't it be nice to turn them over again just to give their smugness a smack.

I guess it's a rather thin line between confidence and arrogance, we should be confident as we are brilliant at home, but we always respect our opponents (well I always do) I don't know what some people want us to say?

City fans never have done 'smug'! Contented, yes, but never smug. Fans of other clubs who see smugness aren't looking carefully enough. Been going now for over five decades. I've never taken anything for granted. The essence of my views on supporting City were rammed down my throat last May when Wigan turned us over. Viewing tomorrow will be no different until we have the majority of goals. And then I'll be contented.

I'm nervous every game we play because anything can happen. So I'm hopping for a win and we shouldn't take any team as a easy win. Knowing city we always do it the hard way so.

Always do it the hard way?

Have you watched us this season?
I have watched every single game. There are still games where we do it the hard way. Just bc we are amazing at home we should never underestimate our opponets because sooner or later our home run will end.

Cardiff beat us away but we are much better at home and even then it was set piece goals. They lost 2-0 to West Ham last week so we have every reason to be confident. Cardiff really miss the presence of a good striker.

Depends if they keep their shape, they may offer a threat on the counter attack.

If it is open or we score early on I can see at least 2 or 3 goals for us, providing we don't switch off and treat it like a pre-season. The team picks itself, Navas in for Nasri and play Edin and the Beast up front and give Kun 20-30 mins off the bench.
