City v Chelsea Post Match Thread

where to start
pretty simple rely without fern, we were found wanting by a team that wanted this big time, where we just laboured on, woeful strikers 2night, what was it 2 on target from 18, thats a shocking statistic. MDM just cant play and put in a shift like fern, not the guys fault, but he was found wanting at times, but other times he did ok, some decent tackles.
for me the blame lies entirely in one area. the strikers, there were woeful, barely won a header between them, as usual edin with his rugby boots on, beast more invisible than the invisible man.

and thats where it was lost. but shit happens, and maybe we might learn from this and tbh if we had a fully fit team we would have murdered them tonight

Congrats to Chelsea, they deserved all 3 points. I expected a draw or loss when Fernandinho was announced injured. Aguero is bad enough, Fernandinho makes our whole system work.

To all those who say "why buy another midfielder?", you got your answer today.

Devastating to our title hopes.

Pissed off.

Would be very interested to hear why MP did not change the setup at half time, useless tbh fucking useless.

How you don't bring off negredo for a midfielder is beyond me. Jovetic was good when he came on but we should have subbed dzeko for Milner and negredo for jovetic

So that Fernando deal... We all knew it.

Congratulations Chelsea, you outplayed us tonight.

Bad, bad night for Pellegrini, didn't do anything at all!

Mourinho has always said that his 4-3-3 beats any 4-4-2.

Some poor performances tonight, Negredo and Dzeko especially. Silva could have been more clinical too.

Demi is going to get absolutely slaughtered tonight somewhat undeservedly. His major error is that he isn't Ferdi.

2nd best all over pitch. Bad time to lose Aguero and Fernandinho. Still remember losing to Arsenal 2 yrs ago??
