People give him slack because he's come through the ranks but I don't think his touch or decision making is good enough.
 
Well that was bad, have to start with the ref. Should've been a red card as Sergio was through. The end was crazy; bans for two of our most important players? But how they can slap/push us and nothing happens I really don't know. It feels like we deal with terrible refs often, so it's normal and we have to play brilliant to win. I think Sergio should've passed instead of shoot on one occasion, KDB too and the miss ofcourse. Not scoring and less than perfect defending can only end one way. But really I think we did enough to win, with a decent referee. To end on a positive Leroy Sané looked amazing.
 
Long way to go. Not too discouraged by what I saw. We were the better team for the most part but as usual if you don't take your chances you get punished. Kun lost his head but Fern was provoked by that snidey twat Fabregas. Keep the faith blues, we'll be back
 
Kolarov took as big a bung, if not bigger, than the ref did today.

On top of just being utterly shite in general.

Buddy well have to agree to disagree. Kevs two very good chances were created. Their winner came from a mistake from sane. It's seems you think their chances were all awesome and ours were shit where I'd say hazards in the first half wasn't even a shot and we had men back. Costa in the second was a harder position than the one kev had where sane played him in. Give us some credit mate.
I will not argue thiugh about our defence. It is piss poor and has been even more so under Pep which is very worrying.
 
Guardiola is giving us the chance to be the best, but the players are not taking it. We should of been 3 up, De Bruynes miss & also Agueros when he intercepted the pass back. So frustrating when we play so well but don't find our chances
 
Kolarov gave the ball away a ton and his defensive move seems to be to become a pylon and either take the ball or hope thean trips over him.

We could really stand to have some pace at the back. Luiz is a **** but he covered for them a ton today. Whether it is a back 3 or 4 we need a few players back there who can make recovery runs.

We've been soft ever since Pellegrini took over. Only a handful of players give it 100% attacking and defending. And to compound this, one player who gives 100%, doesn't know how to gauge many defensive situations and is left on his arse.

It's one game. We will know at the end of the season whether the players have taken their chance. Overall we played well most of today
 
Just saw KDB's chance again...what the fuck was he doing?

Harder to miss than score.

All these constant missed chances will ruin our season if they don't start burying them.
 
Pep keeps outsmarting himself with formation changes.
Almost every time he switches from a 4-1-4-1 City loses.

Because they acted like pricks that's why. They need to fuckin grow up. They've cost us - the paying fans - the title in two mins. You happy about that are you? If you look at my past posts I get slated for standing up for our players and managers, but it's not the first time Sergio has done this. He and fern are meant to be professions at the height of their professions. may be prick is to harsh. is fuckin knob heads ok ;-)
