Those who booed Mancini's substitutions today are fucking stupid twats. that's all.
Agreed.

Dzeko was running his heart out and was our most threatening player. Tevez did nothing, hardly won a header, wouldn't shoot and got bullied by Osman

yeah Tevez hardly won a header and i dont think joe hart scored enough goals, dont worry mate those 30.000 who thought it was a bad choice to take him off are wrong and me and you know the score

I remember a loud minority of the crowd booting a Richard Dunne sub a while back. Turns out he'd been sick all week and was never expected to last the distance.

Usually best to keep quiet on these things as it can turn out making you look stupid.

Yeh and mansour has the right to walk out if he thinks the fans are being irrational and acting like brats when were lying top of the pile.
Was the decision to take Tevez off a good one at the time?

Personally no but you don't boo when it's in the balance. Didn't we learn from weds night? Ffs it's embarrassing!!!!
Oh noes, I'm sorry you felt embarrassed, I hope nothing bad happens to you...

Generous extra included with season ticket

Great that City included the chance today to see Englands leading basketball team in action. But was the referee really called Anal Probe? He certainly reminded me of one.

Re: Cty v Everton Post Match Discussion

Positives:
The back four, Barry & Nasri were excellent. Silva was ok too.
We pressed Everton really well in the second half, as well as I've seen us do in the last few seasons.

Negatives:
Yaya was well blew par yet again.
Tevez worked hard but was anonymous.
Dzeko showed why he shouldn't be starting. Difficult to tell exactly from where I sit in 109 but there seemed to be three good scoring chances where he passed instead of heading the ball towards the goal or shooting.
We still want to take too many touches in the last third.
We are still a couple of seconds too slow in moving the ball when in promising situations.
Not sure Mancini got the subs right. Should have been Balotelli for Dzeko and Aguero for either Tevez or Silva.

This is a game that makes me more nervous than any other but we could have won it. We could also have lost it.

It's about time hart had some serious contenders to take the no 1 spot off him as good as he is he knows he is unlikely to be dropped buy a decent keeper in jan and I'm sure we will get a response from joe. No matter what the rag score is we can still go top next Sunday so keep the faith

There is nobody willing to sit on the bench thats good enough to challenge him coz they know they wont get a game

Same thing happened on Wednesday when Kolarov came on.

And how did that turn out for us?
What exactly did Kolarov do to contribute to the goals on Wed?
Added much needed width - as Milner did on the other side - which spread the Wigan defence across the pitch and created space in the middle that we capitalised on and scored two goals directly from.

Nothing would of sufficed. Poor goal keeping and a piece of brilliance from Milner won that. It was another game we were poor, the opposition had the better chances and we limped over the line.

True. But if we didn't bring on the players to bring width to our play we wouldn't have created space in the middle for any shots at goal as there would have been no gaps in front of goal and it may have ended up 0-0 or worse. It was the substitutions that won the game.

Just got in, Everton were just Everton, they frustrate they niggle they foul they fall over, they are a more skilful version of Stoke. awkward team to play at any time especially this season when they have their game plan down to a fine art

You win some you draw some, that's the way it goes onwards and upwards Blues

Was just looking at the Sky player ratings. Nasri is a 5. The lowest of any starters on either team. I don't understand how they could think that. Dude ran miles, and he was involved in pretty much anything positive, and nobody could get the ball off of him. I thought he was our best player.

I feel like it's trendy or something for the media to slant Nasri. I feel like he contributes positively game after game, and does a lot to keep us ticking, instead of giving it away so much like many other players. But yet consistently gets no credit for any of it.
good post...
