Ha, I was at that one too. That was cold because of the rain because we all had t shirts on. I can still see clearly in my mind a big fork of lightning right over the far goals just before kick off.Was it colder than the one where Megson scored the winner? My god that was cold.
And me !!!!Ha, I was at that one too. That was cold because of the rain because we all had t shirts on. I can still see clearly in my mind a big fork of lightning right over the far goals just before kick off.
Yep was at that one it was fooking freezing.Red bull Salzburg about 11 years ago was ridiculously cold. Me and my dad drank Bovril all game.
Took me about 3 hours to warm up at home afterwards.
I'm sure that was the famous "Allan" game
It is. I usually sit in East 2 for the women's games and there's a hell of a fuckin' gale sweeps across Asda Car Park. Mind, yer dress for the occasion. I'm far enough back not to get wet, which is the main thing. Flask of Bovril and handwarmers are good. But I think I shall sit in the lounge at Ewing Towers and watch this game on City+.Forecast is 3 degrees, that stadium is bloody freezing at the best of times.
At Boundary Park (Or Ice Station fkin Zebra!) when Smeghead made his debut ?Ha, I was at that one too. That was cold because of the rain because we all had t shirts on. I can still see clearly in my mind a big fork of lightning right over the far goals just before kick off.
